How Patient Pay Works:
- Simple Alerts: Pharmacists start a transaction in their POS. With just a few clicks they’re able to send a text message to alert patients that their prescriptions are available.
- Compliant Payment Collection: Patients click the secure link they received via text, input their name and date of birth to access their prescription information, and proceed to payment. They have total control over which medications they want to pay for and pick up.
- Payment Portal: The browser-based payment system is accessible without the need for an app. Patients can pay with a credit card or digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- QR Code: Patients arriving at the pharmacy show their QR code to verify payment. This can be done inside the pharmacy, at curbside, bedside, or drive thru. Pharmacists simply scan the QR code and complete the transaction.
